Who we are

We are a law practice in Sydney offering a broad range of legal services with particular emphasis on commercial and property law and civil litigation arising from commercial and property transactions.

We stand on our record of well over four decades of legal practice having served over the years many people and a range of businesses and having responded to their diverse legal needs in a timely manner with practical and cost-effective outcomes. That is the hallmark of value-adding legal services and that has always been our focus.

Ken Kanjian is the principal of the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Sydney having completed his Bachelor of Economics with an accounting major in 1977 and his Bachelor of Laws with honours in 1979. In 1994 he was accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a business law specialist.

  • advising on income tax, capital gains tax, goods and services tax, land tax and transfer duty considerations arising in the course of commercial transactions or otherwise resulting from commercial arrangements.




Estate Planning

  • preparation of wills, codicils, enduring powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, powers of appointment and testamentary trusts.

Probate & Estate Disputes

  • preparation of applications for probate and letters of administration and prosecuting, defending or mediating civil claims connected with or arising out of deceased estates.
